Custom Airlids

This piece is one of the first things people see when your hood is opened up, so why not knock 'em dead! We take your aftermarket airlid, such as SLP's, and paint it in your choice of color, including paint that can be color matched to your vehicle's paint code. We can add graphics, emblems, etc. to truly make it a "one of a kind" piece that is unique to your car.

You have two basic options as far as the lid goes: We can supply the lid for you or you can ship your lid to us for the customization. We prefer to work on SLP lids as they are smooth and provide a nice finished surface, but other lids can be finished also, such as Direct-Flo, etc. Normal turnaround time for a lid is approx. 1 week. So, please be sure that you can give up your lid for at least this period of time before sending it.

Pricing and Payment

Each lid is individually priced according to what the customer wants. Base prices start at $75, not including the lid, and go up from there. As an example, the 35th Anniversary lid picture was $125 plus shipping. This one was a bit more because of the intricate paint and graphics involved and the cost of the OEM 35th Anniversary emblem.
